Shipping policy

Shipping: 

we ship all orders Monday through to Friday.

• all orders shipped are made that night and shipped the following day please not some orders can be sent out from 1-2 days depending. But they will ALWAYS be sent out between 1-2 days. Please note orders are always sent with over night shipping from when the order was dispatched. Please let us know if your order is urgent we will do our best to ship it faster. 

Due to a high volume of orders placed please allow 1-2 days from when you have placed your order for it to be fulfilled. if for some reason your order cannot be shipped out within 3 days you will always be contacted. Please be aware we don’t ship orders on weekends, if you place an order over the weekend it will be sent out on Monday or the latest being Tuesday for standard shipping.

Please note any orders made after 10 pm will be sent the following day. 

International shipping.

• please expect delays as our courier company’s are working over time to send out parcels due to the pandemic. some parcels can take up to 2 weeks to reach their destination, some times even longer depending on the circumstances. This is also out of our hands. 

missing parcels.

• Please be aware once your order is shipped it is completely out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders unless we have ourselves placed the wrong address. Please make sure you are placing the correct address at the check out as we are only sending parcels where we are told. However if your order has taken longer then 2 weeks to reach you please contact us via email honeylashesnz@outlook.com and we can help assist you.Please check your tracking number or contact our courier company’s for all other enquires which is either NZ POST or ARAMEX for NZ parcels and NZ post for Australian & international parcels. 

 

pick up option.

if you are within the Auckland region we do offer picking up your order as an option. please feel free to email us at honeylashesnz@outlook.com or message us on Instagram @honeycosmeticsnz and we will be more then happy to accommodate you. 

Alternative delivery option.

if you are in the Auckland region we may be able to drop off your order directly to you for a small fee. Please email us at honeylashesnz@outlook.com or message us on Instagram @honeylashesnz for all enquires.

Delivery in New Zealand is by courier.

International deliveries are sent via NZ post and are not tracked.  Please allow 4-14 days for shipping sometimes this can take longer due to covid delays.

International deliveries are sent via NZ post. Please allow 5-16 working days for shipping sometimes this can take longer.
